Very durable. Love that’s it’s not the old plastic type from back in the day. Heat levels are great from low to high. The plush is so soft. Size is just right and I love the auto shut off so no chance of overheating.

I use a heating pad most nights when my pack acts up, or first thing in the morning when I wake up. It is easy to use and goes off by itself. The size is great and it has a long cord, which comes in handy. Would recommend it.

This heating pad worked great for 2 months and then would not turn on. Not recommended.

I purchased the Large Electric Heating Pad by GOQOTOMO-HP001 in 2022 after getting a notification from MIGHTY BLISS that there was an issue with their heating pad, (need to stop using it immediately, and they would contact me about replacing it. That never happened).I live with chronic back pain and use a heating pad most of the day. I liked all the different levels of heat and being able to select how long before it turned off.... until tonight. There is no power. Arg!Thank goodness I still have my little (tiny) heating pad that's probably 20+ years old.I would have reordered this same heating pad, but I noticed it was no longer available.I ordered another brand that was able to be delivered the next day. It's a nice heating pad, but very thin. It will be great for neck pain or wrapping around a limb.I like the thicker heating pads that can "stand up" in my chair since I use it daily for chronic pain.I edited the start rating, after noticing the warranty is only a year. It's just too bad products aren't built like they used to be. I probably change the rating to a 5-star, if they offered a way to just reorder a new power cord.I did find another model from the GOQOTOMO and ended up buying that one last week. I like the12-level heat setting on the power cord (vs low-med-hight settings on other model.

I hurt my back at the beginning of January and was having issues with my regular heating pad. So I decided to get a bigger one and this one fell in my price range. It has made SUCH a difference. The 12 levels of heat are great because I have POTS and get hot flashes and I can turn the pad down without compromising my back, but still feel comfortable. The timer feature is a blessing because I can keep the heat going all night while I sleep - unlike my other one that turns off after 2 hours regardless. The nap is pretty soft, but I always wear clothes to keep a barrier between it and my skin to prevent burns, so it's not something that I really notice. I have not tried washing it yet, but it does say that it is washable. To be completely honest, I think this heating pad has been 80% of my recovery. So if you need a larger pad that is flexible and keeps the heat on - go for it!
