We absolutely love this product. It is very high end and works extremely well. Our plumber even said that this is a very good unit.Our plumber had a very easy time installing this system- everything was provided.It is easy to keep clean.If we need shower units in our future home, we will definitely buy this again.

Nice looking shower but expensive, and unfortunately it started dripping after less than a year with minimal use. Customer service sent a new valve different form the one already in the unit, but plumber could not get the unit disassembled, company sent new fittings, and found that the inside valve was different from the new one, customer service insisted it was the correct valve, and "that the factory must have installed the wrong valve which explains the problem" (of the seized valve and leaking faucet). My Plumber used the new valve but still drips. No other remedy available.Bottom line unit is defective from factory but company will NOT replace, I already incurred over $450 plumber costs.Do NOT buy, "lifetime warranty" is worthless.

This shower system looks beautiful. That being said, that’s the best thing it has going for it.It installed fairly easily. The rain head and the shower handle work great. However the body jets, SUCK!!! They have absolutely zero water pressure and are simply there for looks.Quality and durability is still out as it’s largely made out of chrome covered plastic, so we will see how long it lasts.At this point, I’d consider something else if given the chance.

We were looking for good quality and found most of the shower panels did not meet our standard. However, the quality of this shower was definitely a stand out from the rest. Wish the water pressure could have done the same. A star was taken away just for that requirement. I suspected all the sprays will not work at the same time, but even with two open it's still not enough pressure. I kept it mainly because I like the look and feel. Looks really really good.

We use this Shower Panel for three (3) years already. Very happy and no problems so far.

Put this in a remodel for kids bath - they love it! We had a pressure issue initially with the body sprayers but it is better (usually use only 4). The rain shower and spray head are top notch. THINK about where you put the spray head notch on your wall, will want to have it high enough to use the massager while it is on the wall! We ordered a second and put it higher after the contractor decided for himself what would work (he is 5’8”. My boys are 6’4”...

After having a plumber come and install only to find out that after the plumber left and I went to use it for the first time one of the connections were not tight that were installed by the factory. $400 more. I had a plumber come back and check all the connectors. The connector leading from the valve to the main shower head was loose and went behind the wall, causing ceiling damage in the room below. What a mess.
