Easy to wear, stretchy, quality material, and thickness was great! Size was on the money, and I used them cold but easyvto see you could use them to stay warm.

Seriously buy these 100% they are amazing . When you put the inserts in freezer be sure not to stack them on top of each other or they won’t get as cold as they should . They deff run a little small so I’d buy a large if you’re size 9 woman’s . They stay cold for a very long time and they help so much with plantars fasciitis . I’m a waitress so I’m on my feet all day and as soon as I come home I wash my feet and pop these right on for I stand relief

These socks are a perfect idea for us with burning feet because of nerve pain. Takes the place of having to go to bed with ice packs that move about. However, the design of the socks leave much to desire. The little ice packs that insert into the heel area, slip out through the opening where they are inserted. I bought a large size, but because of the ice pack feature, they are a little difficult to put on. They also slip off the feet at night.

I love these, I wish I bought them sooner! Clinically I don’t have peripheral neuropathy, but my feet do still burn often, especially after walking. I used to dunk my feet in ice cold water, which I guess worked but it was such a pain to do every single time my feet burned. So then I used a giant ice pack and wrapped it around the tops and bottoms of my feet. My feet were still hot in some sections while other sections were too cold.Now since I bought these ice pack socks, my feet cool of SO quickly. I think it’s because the coldness is contained in the sock so I basically get 360° coldness around my feet. I’m wearing them as I’m writing this and just five minutes or less ago my foot was burning and now it feels a lot better. They can definitely make your feet too cold and numb if you keep them on too long, so I wouldn’t sleep with them on unless you’ve tried wearing them for a long time and are fine.The ice packs are thin so they re-freeze pretty quickly, too. I definitely recommend these to anyone with burning feet. My best purchase in a while!

I had surgery for both leg bones broken near my ankle. I need ice on the top of my foot going up the front of my ankle, and both sides of my ankle/lower leg. Because of the 6 ice packs and the 2 extra straps you get I can put the ice packs exactly where I need them. (The two packs on either side don’t have pockets to go into but the extra strap holds them in place). I’ll definitely use the long pack that goes into the bottom of the sock/ bottom of my foot For the plantar fasciitis on my other foot. (Yeah it’s been a real drag)! I wear a size 8 1/2 shoes and the small socks are plenty big enough. I don’t often write reviews unless I’m really impressed with an item, so if you have the need for ice or heat on any part of your foot or ankle BUY THESE SOCKS!

Not going to open. Will return ASAP. These are VERY heavy with the gel packs. Now I can understand earlier reviews. I have been searching to keep these cold feet warm, this isn't going to do it.

Hot feet is the WORST sensation I can think of. I'd rather be stung by a bee every night than have hot feet. These come to the rescue and ease hot feet immediately. I love that the sock has inserts for every part of your foot; the top, bottom and the back of your ankle. You can remove the frozen inserts as well and customize where you need them to be, for me the inserts on the top of my feet get to be a bit much so I take them out entirely. These also work amazing as a compress for hurt knees or shoulders, I even let my cat sleep on one when nights are just too hot.The only thing I found about these that I was personally unimpressed with was the compression strap. It does nothing. It's just there. It might do something if your feet are very wide but if you have a typical size 7-8 shoes size in women's then it's just there.I highly recommend this product.
