Cuisinart 13 by 9-Inch Chef's Classic Nonstick Bakeware Cake Pan, Champagne

I love this pan! It’s well made. Cooks like a dream. Easy to clean. Who can ask for more?

Bought this pan for making Parker House Rolls. Was excited by the quality when i took it out of the Amazon box. Hefty weight, felt solid, the rolls glided off the non-stick surface. Just a beautiful pan. I can use this pan for so much more.. my other 9x13 are glass & so much heavier to carry when filled. The thickness will keep it from warping from baking in higher oven temperatures. I expect this to be durable with many years of use (shouldn't use metal utensils on non-stick anyway.) It can not leak but can overflow if overfill like any open container.

I own a TON of baking pans and this one is my FAVORITE baking pan because its so sturdy and easy to clean! You can tell its not just any non cook pan, but that its made of great quality! I definitely plan on buying more and getting rid of my other ones! definitely 10/10!!!

I used them for a double batch of chocolate brownies. They baked them just fine. Used a parchment slings to take the brownies out in order not to mar the pan. Used a thin plastic scraper to ease the edges on the non-parchment side. No problems with that. I am looking for more recipes for this pan to be utilized.

This pan was nice but a bit heavy. I was happy and surprised at the same time. It was a gift and "she" was pleased but also committed that it was heavy!

It seems like stuck on food wipes away with little effort on my part. It's kind of heavy, but it's not a bad thing. It makes it feel more sturdy and less flimsy rather than cumbersome.

Bakes evenly and easy to clean.

I just got this pan yesterday, so I haven't used it yet, but I will definately buy more. When I took it out of the box I was surprised at the weight. It isn't heavy, but it's made of thick, sturdy materials. This pan will last for a long, long time and take whatever I throw at it.
