Last time I was at my hairdresser, she suggested I get a flat iron with temperature control, now that I'm coloring my hair more often. The flat iron I'd been using was starting to damage my hair, because the heat was too high. Since I have fine hair, it needs to be ironed on a low setting of no more than 300 degrees. I've been setting it at 284 degrees and it's working great. The ceramic plates and negative ionic technology work extremely well to keep my hair from being staticy. My hair looks sleek and healthy. I've always used a 1 inch iron, so I wasn't sure about the larger plates, but now I don't know what I'd do without this. I've been growing out my hair the last 6 months and now it's taking forever to style. With this new flat iron, my style time has been cut in half, because I only have to go through my hair one time instead of 2-3. OMG, THANK YOU!!!! My mornings are going so much smoother. The automatic shut off is a lifesaver on those chaotic mornings when I forget to shut it off. Now I don't have to worry all day about whether I shut it off or not. One quick tip for when you turn it on, make sure to pay close attention because this thing heats up super fast. I've been very impressed with how high quality this product is, especially at this affordable price.

I like this straightener and for the price. I used it twice and so far it’s nice. BUT where you hold it (the rose gold piece) at the top gets too hot you can’t even touch it. Also the outside of the straightener, including the handle where you’re supposed to hold it, gets super hot as well. Makes it hard to hold a certain way and easy to burn yourself. That was at 400°

Amazing straightener.. leaves hair silky and flowing with no fly always or whispies.. only bad part is it was so amazing someone stole it!! Trying to figure out if there’s a way I can get a discount from the manufacturer for a second purchase.. atm 29 is out of my budget

The media could not be loaded. I was kind’ve iffy about buying these two cause there were a few reviews saying people received their iron used and something about it getting to hot. I received both of them brand new. The highest it goes is up to 450 for both of them and I do agree they do get extremely hot but I personally think the hotter it is the faster your hair will straighten out especially with people with think hair. I have thin hair so I put it up to 350 and it did justice on my hair. I have no complaints on either of them. I also recommend putting on some heat protecting spray or oil before using the flat iron. So far I’ve used both Flat irons twice already and they both do their job very well. I definitely highly recommend both of them for sure

Heats up Will and the larger surface gets my hair straight faster

I really liked this, but sadly after 7 months, it stopped working. I would say it only got used a couple times a week at most, what with the pandemic and working from home.Now when I press the power button the temperature flashes for a second then goes off.
