Very beautiful.
I got these for my mother in law and begged me to let her do them. I had no idea she was making them for me. Sneaky sneaky. But I love them so much! Great buy!

Worth the Effort
I embroidered these pillow cases for my daughters wedding. I hadn't embroidered in many years so this was a little ambitious for me. I thought the instructions were pretty clear. It came out beautiful if a little tight. She and her new husband loved it and it will be a wonderful keepsake for them in years to come.

Grey Cat Pillowcases for Embroidery
I really love these grey cat pillowcases, stamped for hand embroidery. I received them as a Christmas gift. The material is of a nice quality and it stood up well to my embroidery efforts. The only reason that I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is that the instructions are rather difficult to interpret; it's hard to tell what color of floss should go where. I found the photo that came with the pillowcases, plus a magnifying glass to see it, very helpful. Speaking of magnifying lenses, I purchased a lighted magnifying lens to help me do this project and it was extremely useful. When I started this project, I was an absolute embroidery beginner. I'd not done hand embroidery before. I found youtube helpful for pointers and just general information. The first pillowcase went very slowly, the second went much more rapidly, taking maybe 2-3 weeks during the evenings. I wouldn't really recommend this as a first embroidery project--it was really difficult going for me for a while and, at one point, while I was working on the first pillowcase, I put it away for several months because it was going so slowly that I needed a break. Anyway, I do highly recommend these pillowcases, maybe just not as a first project. :) I did customize the colors somewhat, as this was made as a gift for a friend who loves purple (I made the roses purple).
