WHAT A GREAT PIECE O& KIT!
I bought this after researching many different models and this left the others standing for resolution, value for money and ease of use. The resolution is up with those costing many thousands and much much better than FLIR Pro Ones as you don’t need a standard camera to try and make up for the lack of pixels they offer. The pictures on this are so goid you can easily tell outlines and wha5 your actually looking at.I did have a connection problem some time after purchasing device but upon contacting the company they were simply brilliant with there customer service I am not just saying that as a lot of companies like to make things difficult if you experience problems buy not this one. I would easily buy this product and any other they produce again an£ again. It’s a real pity though that they don’t do a drone version as this would sell very well as the price of drone Herman cameras ar3 just ridiculously expensive.Overall I would not hesitate in recommending this brilliant, high resolution thermal camera for phones, oras I use with tablets. Simply brilliant at a great price. Top quality.

Amazing piece of kit
The media could not be loaded. I think it's safe to say that this is the best bang-for-buck out there at the moment. I found overall that it works best between 10cm and ~2m, after which it gets a bit too blurry to pick out details. However, as you can see in the photo/videos it provides awesome resolution between those two points. The video shows my cat at a distance of about 50cm, the pictures of my hand were taken at 15-40cm. I like the fact you can even see the veins in addition to the hairs on the back of my hand.Framerate is wonderful and the auto-adjustment (clicks) are fast and barely interrupt use. It has a manual focus so you'll need to get used to using it. One thing I'd like to see in the future is interchangeable lenses but at this price that's a big ask. The app has been recently updated from what I can see - it allows you to remove the watermark if you like and has a good number of features. Compared to the competition the hardware alone in this is a step ahead in every way.

Awesome hardware, buggy app
Great resolution and frame-rate with all expected features in the app. Sadly, the app crashed at every use and the hardware is not compatible with other apps. Returned for refund; if the app ever improves then this would be great, but as it is, it's unfit for purpose

Expensive and fiddly to use. A dedicated thermal imager might be better
I'm not a professional surveyor, but I wanted a quality product for home use. As far as specs go, this looks to trump most (all?) other devices at this price point. Obviously the resolution is the big draw, but how useful/valuable/necessary is it for an amateur home survey? My impression in use is that it feels fiddly and fragile and puts my phone's charge port as well as this camera at risk. Also, why is the software not in the Play Store, but instead needs to be side loaded from the manufacturer? It just seems a little unprofessional, especially when the Play Store does support other software for other cameras from the company.I thought it might be kind of cool (pun intended) to have this tiny thermal imager that could be whipped out at any time for a quick survey (locating a lost deaf dog in winter) but it's such a fiddly faff that it will probably not leave home. With that in mind I think a fully dedicated device such as a Bosch, complete with built in screen, robust build and good analytic software (cheaper from the Warehouse too) would have been a better bet.Oh, regarding accuracy, temperatures seen to jump about quite a bit (a few degrees when pointed at the same but of wall) with every press of the calibration icon. Is that to be expected? I don't know, but it seems wrong to me.I am definitely contemplating returning it.

Best Thermal Camera I've owned.
This has to be the best Thermal Camera I've owned. There's nothing not to like about it so it gets 5 stars from me. Displays images on your mobile or android tablet very clearly unlike some other brands.
