Q: What axle adapter sizes are included?

It is set up for 135mm QR. It comes with adapters for 142mm QR, and 12mm through-axle at both 142mm and 148mm length.

Q: I need a 12x142 thru axle to use this, does it come with one?

It accepts that size thru axle, but you will need to use the one off your bike.

Q: This is garmin band right?

It is Garmin branded yes! One reason I bought mine. Wish I had it sooner.

Q: Can you pedal backwards with resistance?

No. The trainer has a standard freehub, so pedalling backwards has no resistance.
