They come in those cool air pouch things and arrived in perfect condition. The taste is delicious and doesn't overpower the food. Perfect for high temp cooking. I put it in my oil sprayer and had no problems with it spraying. I saw a video where a Doctor recommended this and another brand after they did purity and freshness testing. Most brands were already rancid or mixed with cheaper oils. This was the brand I found on Amazon so I got the better value 2 bottle deal since I use Avacado oil for almost all of my cooking and go through it fast. If you want purity and freshness this is the brand to get!

This is a good quality avocado oil. I use it in salads and all my cooking needs. I purchased this item on repeat. I like that it is bottled and not plastic containers. They are extremely well packed and I never had a problem with leakage or breakage. This time it took a while to arrive, which is not usually not the case.

Ditched the grape seed oil and this is a good replacement. No taste. I can get this at Walmart also.
