Not firm . Wasted money on changing up to a "firm" pillow. It's not! its soft

I have really struggled with pillows my whole life. I only recently discovered that there are pillows specifically for front sleepers, so obviously i immediately had to have one. I sustained a severe whiplash injury a couple of years ago which has stuffed me up long term. I can't sleep on my back or side (not though lack of trying) and have cycled through several very expensive 'ergonomic' pillows designed to help my neck and found they made it worse by cranking my neck up too high and I'd wake up in the morning with a stiff neck and my head under thing thing, or i'd pushed it off the bed entirely in my sleep. I've NEVER gone through a night with my head on a pillow even when i was a child. This is very light and airy and really quite thin - some people in the reviews have complained it's too thin, but if you're a front sleeper you don't want your neck cranked up. This is perfect. It is so soft and squishy and comfortable I've had it for a couple of months now and have woken up every morning with my head still on the pillows which is a first. I am a little concerned how long they're going to last before they get balled up inside but so far, they've been great and my neck has improved drastically since getting them. SO much better than the fancypants memory foam 'ergonomic' crap I spent a fortune on.

Brought these pillows as replacement, I brought the same pillows about 2years ago and they have been excellent. Nice and soft to the touch but once in the pillow case lovely, firm enough for me and nice support for the neck but not that firm you can’t move them about if you see what I mean. Hood value for money and of good quality.

I bought these 3 years ago and they were decent pillows. When the time came to replace them I ordered the same. This time around, even though the packaging and label were the same, the pillows were of considerably lower quality. There is absolutely no substance to them and even though they look plump, as soon as you touch them you realise they will be of no use.Medium support? Absolutely no support whatsoever. As soon as you put your head on, they flatten like a pancake. Still, I thought I'd try them out. Two nights!! Two nights is all it took for them to lose their shape and have me wake up in the night repeatedly... with neck ache.Total disgrace! Should be banned.
