Brilliant!
Ideal for my wife and I (both in our 60s) to get some exercise whilst we are unable to get out due to Covid. Easy to assemble and very sturdy, I see some reviews state that the pedal straps aren't adjustable - certainly on mine they are adjustable to four different positions. Also, unlike other reviews, I haven't noticed the pedal shafts getting hot after use. In a morning I read the news on my phone whilst pedalling and, before you know it, I've done 40+ minutes! The counter unit is good, although I'm unsure of the accuracy of the distance calculator, as in 10 minutes of exercise I only 'travel' 100 meters?! Great bit of kit and highly recommend! UPDATE: regarding the accuracy of the various counters: I have checked the accuracy and it seems that the counters are approximately 20% adrift from reality.

Good value
Don't expect to use this and be able to enter the Tour De France.Easy to assemble and does help strengthen leg muscles. Moves about a bit when being used and the resistance adjustment is not brilliant. I find it best to keep the resistance low and just pedal faster. It is ok as a basic pedal machine and it's main positive is that it doesn't take up a large space.Overall good value for money.

Helpful exercise machine
This mini under the table/desk bike is proving to be a very helpful exercise. And we are very pleased with it.

Poor quality item
The first one I got the pedal threads were not aligned and cant be attached so I got a replacement only to find that it has the same problem . I'm disappointed and can't believe this is just my bad luck so both have been returned for a refund.

An alternative to walking
So it is what it is! Small, compact and easy to use. Unfortunately the digital display is confusing. You only need the timer as you’re never gonna burn 100’s of calories. Keeps slipping too, even on the slip mat provided. A low impact exerciser used as an alternative to walking.

Best Machine for those who cannot go for walk
i bought this for my Father in law 93 running he was not able to go out for a walk and his both legs got swollen to a high degree After using this for a few months regularly his swelling reduced to a great extent. We show his calf muscles also got released.

Good value exerciser
Easy enough to assemble. I bought this for my elderly father to use as a simple exerciser which he can use whilst sitting watching tv. For that purpose this is fine. It’s sturdy enough to sit on the floor and not move around. It does say that it can be placed on a table and can then be used to help exercise arms, but he does find it a little heavy to lift about so this may be something to take into consideration. Overall, great value little exercise kit, although the digital display does seem to be added just as an afterthought and isn’t really the that useful, as after all, you’re not really going to use something like this to genuinely train for the Tour De France or to really burn off any calories.
