Useful item
It looks good and does it's job. It would have been much better if the slope was a bit more so that the water drains out more effectively.

Cheap and flimsy
I received this drain board a few days ago. The corner was cracked so I have submitted a request to return it. But even if the corner wasn't cracked, I'd still give a very low rating. It's made of very cheap plastic, which is probably why it broke during manufacturing or shipping, and isn't at all worth the price.

LACK OF ANTI-SLIP PADS UNDERNEATH
I've awarded 4-stars for each Rate Feature category because this Drain Board is obviously easy to clean, sturdy, and value for money so why an overall rating of only 2 stars ? It's designed to sit on the kitchen drainer (as illustrated) and indeed can have a rack placed on top so in theory a viable product but it lacks essential rubber anti-slip pads underneath ! Four or Six well placed pads could transform this into a more utilitarian product, and the incorporation of a gradient plus extra height (via raised pads of varying height) could offer the additional option to place this on the kitchen worktop so as to drain onto the sink drainer thus making the Drainer dual-purpose. As it happened, I already had a supply of rubberized anti-slip pads in stock (from a budget DIY store) and within 10 minutes adapted this Drain Board for placement on the kitchen worktop but wonder why Neat-O have overlooked such an elementary design feature that could have been incorporated at minimal cost ? A redesign to implement my recommendations plus better profiling of the existing spout and two of the corners (all of which collect water rather than allow it to flow). A relatively uncomplicated redesign could transform this product into one capable of competing with more prestigious (and much more expensive) brands such as Joseph Joseph and SimpleHuman. Neat-O might be smart to consider the potential before releasing their next model because such a redesign could reap dividends.

Functional and nice looking dish drainer
This dish rack is made of hard plastic so it seems to be sturdy. I have it on an uneven surface yet it self-stabilises even when weight of dishes is not the same on both sides of the dish rack. It does not leave any water spots when it air-dries though it is hard water where I live, and it is a nice deep shade of black so it looks elegant enough.

Helping protect wooden kitchen sink counter top
Bought this to try and prevent water damage to a wood kitchen sink counter top. Husband fed up sanding and resealing this part of the counter top and so far he is extremely pleased with this drain board. My dish drainer fits on top of the board very nicely, and the water from the dishes falls onto the board rather than onto the wooden counter top. Only negative is that there isn't enough gradient on the board to allow the water to drain naturally into the sink - you need to lift it to empty the water that has collected, but not really a big deal.

Dish drainer
Recommended as an additional drainer rather than using a tea towel on the worksurface...while it does this, I think its rather a waste of space. Definately not to be left out all the time. It doesnt have amy kind of rise on it so the water sits in the groves (i put 2 pot holders underneath to give it a bit of height which helps) but im terms of useable space you don't get that much. If it drained along the long edge i think it would be more use.Luckily not very expensive and will get used

Good size to accommodate drain rack
These are first impressions. Just the practicality I was looking for really. I have been using catering trays to act as drainer drip trays but so many just are not quite the best size and the lighter ones do eventually crack. These trays accommodate my standard drain racks. Bear in mind that they are indeed very light, as correctly described on Amazon, 226g is light so I would not hazard any guesses as to durability. They are designed to be self draining which may or not suit but I could decide to attach likes of adhesive rubber feet or similar to tilt the drainer tray one way or the other. I say this because I am using one on a counter top so self draining would not be ideal! I'll see how trays perform and attach rubber feet if necessary.
