I got this for my mom. The doctor suggested buying this because her bloodwork was off. Easy to swallow.

I bought this product after getting blood work done at my doctors office. I has worked great. I take it in the morning and haven’t had any episodes of feeling tired. The capsules are very small and easy to swallow. Best part is there is no after taste.

Haven’t really used it long enough to notice a difference, but the capsules are infinitely easier to swallow than most supplements and it was a great price compared to other sellers.

I've been buying this for my neuropathy and swelling in my ankles and feet. The last one I ordered I received an empty envelope, I was told the item would be replaced.

At first I thought that it was just sugar inside the capsules but I think now it could probably contain some of the methylfolate. Just not sure about this stuff but since taking it now a few weeks I have acne I didn't have before and I have read that it is common for the drug to cause acne to us with mthfr as it helps our body to detox and the bad stuff is moving through the liver, detoxing causing acne

This product works for my teenage daughter with the gene mutation. 10mg was too much, but this is great.
