Lovely quality, comfortable, nice and warm my pets love snuggling on it.

It's such a dilemma finding a duvet that lives up to the manufacturers descripton . Having been bitterly disappointed in the past with duvets that are supposedly thick and are in fact pancakes and supposedly warm, maybe true if you live in a hot climate. I decided to randomly Google 'best budget duvet,' The Good Housekeeping site popped up. Scrolled for the budget option and this Slumberdown duvet had fabulous reviews from the testers. As the site has a good reputation I decided to invest. I am so pleased I did. It's the thickest, warmest duvet I've had in years. It's snuggly warm but not heavy or bulky. So comforting and cosy, like sleeping in a fluffy cloud. With rising heating costs and having to budget accordingly, this duvet really comes in to it's own in holding heat throughout the night. It's actually very hard to leave the warm bed in the morning! Such a great price too. It really lives up to its write up. If you want a great, very warm and thick duvet on a budget you'll be over the moon and very warm too! Highly recommend, it's excellent.

Very comfortable an warm

I got this on sale for £27.99 and I couldn't be happier! This duvet is so incredibly warm and thick, without being heavy. My toes are usually freezing so much so that I have to wear socks to bed. However, this duvet is so warm I didn't even need socks, and slept like a baby all night. I saw some reviews mentioning low quality sewing but haven't noticed anything like that. The king size is so thick though, it won't fit in a small washing machine. Would definitely recommend!

I bought this after the recent UK cold snap, when I realised my usual 4.5g down duvet wasn’t going to do the job. I am so glad I did. This duvet is very warm and so comforting, I feel really relaxed underneath it. I was worried it would be too heavy and stifling, but it’s actually surprisingly light and it really does feel like sleeping under a cosy cloud. Such great value for money. Very very happy!
