ENFit Bottle Adapter, 20mm-21.5mm, Sterile

Product didn't fit our pharmacy bottles, but Marian Medical, Inc. customer service (on multiple occasions trying to find the right fit), went way above and beyond the call of care; and sent our pharmacy and I one of each size bottle adapter to find pharmacy bottles that would work & sent me (without charge due to our complications finding right size, which isn't company fault, but Intel's), bottle plugs with the Intel syringe fit. I am so impressed with their help that I jumped online just to write a review, which I never write reviews unless I'm either negatively or positively passionate about a product. Kudos to Marian Medical, Inc.

My son is a special needs child that is on control substance medication (Onfi/Epidiolex) so we cannot waste any of it. This bottle adapter is perfect!

I measured my bottle carefully and knew I needed 20mm-21.5mm. These arrived and the exterior packaging and the dispenser cap itself are marked that size; however, they were too small for my bottle. I just measured them carefully and there’s obviously a manufacturing problem as these measure 18.5mm. Then I discovered you can’t return them or get a refund. DO NOT TRUST this seller.

Arrived on time and good product

These are very hard plastic adapters, not like the clear, rubbery plastic stoppers that come with their own syringes from the pharmacy. The opening of my pharmacy bottles must be just shy of 20 mm (maybe 19?), and the stoppers simply will not go in. I'm also surprised this says "Enfit compatible" - the Enfit syringes do, technically, fit over the hole in the adapter, but they do not screw in. I wasn't able to test them out because they didn't fit in the bottle, but I'd be surprised if they didn't leak if you turned the bottle upside down. Oh well, $20 in the trash.

This item does not fit completely into the bottle and leaks. The Enfit syringes don’t fit properly in the adapter. This also cause spillage and leakage. This product is not up to standards, and is not refundable. Find another way to draw up your medications.

It’s a waste of money.
