Spoilt.. money wasted.. unfit for consumption..
I was thrilled after buying Masala Chai from Chaayos so order this one. But only when I opened the pack, did I realise it's spoilt and the powder clumps when mixed with water... There is a residue at the bottom of a tasteless brown liquid.Since I opened the pack after a while, it was non returnable and the 30 sachets are not worth drinking... The entire lot is spoilt and I lost my money... Very disappointed and haven't ordered from Chaayos again.

A great tasteing tea, wherever you want.
It is good, easy to use and low on sugar , just as mentioned in the pack .I use on all my travels and in office.The flavour is packed with elaichi and ginger, eliachi on the strong side and ginger on the light side.I could see lumps being formed during my first few cups but resolved it by later by changing the style i.e. first tea premix then water and increasing churning time.Overall it is a good experience, shall buy more in the future.

Sediments found! Early expiry?
The tea mix after being poured into hot cup of water shows milky floats on top. The residue shows sediments at the bottom of the cup. Pl see pics.The expiry date was 27th March24 for a product bought on 14th Feb24!
