Great tricep bar
Made from solid steel bar so it is heavy which I like as it reduces the number of plates needed. Spin locks don't tighten well as I'd like as the bar is slightly smaller than locks. Chrome plating is nice.

Solid Made - Great Value for your dollar
I gave this Tricep Barbell 5 Stars just because it is everything advertised. Happy home gym with single person usage it will live up to everything you want and need. Pitfalls / My compliant sure the bar is made from solid round stock 25mm (1 inch) and the handles are made from the same 25mm (Small and difficult to get sure grip) Where as others use 30mm solid round stock for the handles - but expensive. Other than this... the ends of the bars where Not filed smooth after cutting the threads which left sharp burrs (cutting corners during manufacturing)... Still satisfactory for Home Gym... Tomorrow to the pharmacy and buy medical tape for wrapping the handles to increase diameter...

Almost Perfect
It seems sturdy enough and the knurling gives you a good grip. The manufacturer's website says it has a capacity of 200 lbs, but it isn't noted anywhere on the box or the Amazon listing. The parts of the bar where plates go are each slightly under 16cm and each collar is about 2cm.You may want to pick up some rubber washers so the plates won't spin, I took some off a spare dumbbell handle I had laying around and use the collars from it too since they have washers built in unlike the ones included.The chrome plating hasn't flaked off like with some other cheap bars I've bought before.Been using it for two months and no problems.

Great price for product
It's exactly what you would want, it's solid steel with chrome. I see people complain about welding marks and stuff but that doesn't effect anything other than the looks which i didn't find that bad to complain about anyways. It functions correctly and at half the price of others, it's a steal really. The star on one side comes loose but that's easily fixable or retighten between sets, or just ignore i don't mind a little clanging as long as the plates don't slide which they don't.
