I would give it 5 stars if not for the nonexistent tech support. The system works out of the box,but getting remote viewing to work is another story. There is no phone number, only email.Still waiting after one week,no reply. I got it working by watching some third party YouTube videos .

Technical support is very poor.

Plugged the cameras in and picture came up immediately. Unfortunately, we could never get past the login screen so we could never set the cameras up to record or playback. Started by sending an email to tech support. From the one reply, they are either incompetent or struggling to understand English. They either didn't understand the problem or didn't know how to fix it. Called the phone number listed several times and no one ever answers. Left messages. Submitted 2 different help tickets on their website. I always try to contact them during their Pacific Time working hours even though I'm on Eastern time. Tech Support is useless and frustrating.

There is no customer service for this product. The cloud does not work

Love these cameras went from lorax To crystal vision could not be happier. That being said people who are complaining they can't use the cameras correctly or can't log in probably shouldn't own this type of technology If you are not technical logically literate And complain they don't work.

Easy to install.App doesn’t work which is disappointing because I purchased this for the ability to view remotely.
