100 "Derby Extra Professional" Double Edge Razor Blades for straight razor

I can't believe I was shaving with feathers for the last ten years - and chewing up my face! Feathers are great blades, just wayyyyy to sharp for me. These blades are PERRRRRRRRFECT! Seriously, the best price for the best shave - perfect cut without marring up my face. I'm with Derby's for life now. Really, a great damn shave. And I dig the numbering on both sides - I get two shaves on side 1 - 2 and flip it for two more shaves on side 3 - 4. Smart easy way to get four good shaves.

Nice sharp quality blades, definately not feather sharp but they will do the job even for me with thick heavy fast growing stubble that alot of blades arent sharp enough for. So far feather blades work best for me but these ones will still do the job and cut without pulling.

Maybe not as insanely sharp as Feather blades but more forgiving and at this price…….perfect.

Perhaps all blades have their pros and cons. With Derby Extras it seems that a pro is that - if it is a good cut blade to start with - just leaving it on the razor and going with it for many shaves isn't a problem. Perhaps not the sharpest blade, like a Feather, but certainly gets my vote for the longest-lasting blades at doing what they do at or near the level they do it at when new.

Good razor at a good value. Not gonna be my go to but will use again if need be and glad I bought them

Double edge blades for safety DE razor. Really nice price. Myself, I can get 10 shaves out of one blade so two work weeks.. Reordered. Last box of 50 lasted me two years!!! So much cheaper than the multiple blade madness models out there. I use a Merkur 32c with a good brush and shaving soap.

I remember I got this because I heard that this was a mild shave... a bit too mild for me. Let me explain, the blade felt so mild that it was like using an old Astra platinum from 15 shaves in. I think I got way more razor burn using Derby blades. I went back to Astra Superior platinum.
