The media could not be loaded. Overall this is a great fan. It was easier to assemble and install than I expected, the video definitely helps more than the written instructions. It looks good, works well, and it’s fun for my teen’s bedroom.The only drawback is the first one I ordered was defective- the fan didn’t work. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent out two new receiver/remote combos, seriously it was super fast and is apparently the most common issue, if there’s an issue at all. That wasn’t the problem though, so they gave me a full refund on the fan so I could order a replacement. In mass production there will always be bum products but the way it is handled is what matters in the end. And in the end, I have a fantastic fan that does everything my kid wants it to, and it really was simple to install.

The media could not be loaded. We got this fan for our 7 year old's room. Installation was pretty easy, connection was great, and sound quality on the speaker is amazing. It's been up almost 2 weeks, and nothing on the blue spectrum works. Green-yellow-red work fine, but that's it. Recommend getting an LED backup, just to be safe.*UPDATE* I ended up purchasing a replacement LED board from another company, and the fan is amazing again. MoreChange contacted me, and offered to reimburse me for the purchase of the LED board. Their customer service and willingness to help fix the issue has definitely improved my rating!

This fan has issues. First 6 months the fan blades stopped working and had to get a new fan control. Had no issues getting the new fan control and it has been working good since but now less than 2 yrs the lED driver has gone bad and it is very hard to find parts for this unit online. The plastic cover is also very flimsy and the led light driver is held on by magnets inside the plastic cover. One day the led driver had fallen inside the plastic cover due to its week magnets causing the plastic cover to fall off to the floor and break the very fragile cheap plastic trim around the cover. After some super glue to fix the plastic trim and some macgyver zip tie skills to hold the LED driver in place I thought everything was going to be good until the light and sounds quit working just the other day. Now Im looking to find a replacement driver. So buyer beware.

I am so thankful for this design. I have a 11 x 12 room and this is the perfect size fan. We have a 9 ft ceiling.Okay now that you have a clear picture of the dimensions of the room I can begin.FEATURES:This fan comes with a Bluetooth option but I don't need it so we don't use it (we have 'Alexa' in various rooms) but it's a decent concept since the music would be coming from the center of the room and would not be obstructed in any way Plus 1☆HIGH MED LOW:Low is just a small step above off. I'm not being literal. I am sure it moves the air but I can't prove it 😉Med is where I keep it most of the time. You have the constant breeze flowing without giving your face wind burn. 🙂High is a Gail Forced Wind in your house without ruining any of your things 😄Plus 1☆LIGHT:The LED light is bright and is it not obnoxious white, you know what I mean, blinding if you look up at it. Plus 1☆SOUNDS and VIEWS:If you're putting it a room with a light sleeper, then here's my advice.... set it before they lay down. Each change of the fan temp is a CLICK. Turning the light on/off is a CLICK. Not so audibly annoying to wake the average sleeping partner but a light sleeper will hide the remote (PSST GREAT ADDED FEATURE) from you before bed.Since the blades retract slowly it will take about a min for them to go back into the pocket. It's just the opposite for them expanding whereas that only takes a little more than several seconds. Plus 1☆Finally, this fan is actually very pretty in the room. Eventhough my walls are white and so is the fan, it doesn't just fade into the background like a typical fan. It's typically a statement piece. People are often excited to learn it isn't just a very interesting and large light. Then they want to watch it expand and then retract. Plus 1☆

we had out contractor install this fan so I cannot speak on installation but the fan is absolutely beautiful and it's always a conversation when you turn it on. I love the versatility of a light fixture and then a ceiling fan when it is needed. The Bluetooth component is very handy as well.love it!!

Looks good, made my daughters room a bit more exciting. But it didn't last. No manual and I'm not sure if its gone for good or if there's a fuse I can replace. We'll see.

This fan would be great in theory if you did not need an app to change the color of the lights. Mind you, we bought 4 of them for each of our kids’ rooms and each need to have their own app. Good thing my youngest has an iPad I guess. Within a month of installation (we bought them for Christmas so they did not get installed for about a month or 2 after purchase), 2 of the fans began to glitch. Instead of sending replacement fans, the seller sent parts for each issue. Both fans have been working fine for about a week or 2 and then yesterday, one light went completely out again. We’ll see what the sellers plan to do this time.Again, great fans in theory, but if I keep having issues I’m going to have to buy 4 completely new fans and spend more money in the long run.

The media could not be loaded. Fantastic customer service. Responded very quickly and immediately sent free replacement parts to address the issue. I included video of the light cycling through the various colors and turning the fan on to medium and off again. Some colors are brighter/more vibrant than others, and choosing a color from the color wheel in the app isn’t always the most precise, but you can get it with a bit of trial and error. It also plays music as promised, and has a bunch of fun light settings to chose from. For all the features included in the price of this fan, I’m pretty darn happy! My one recommendation would be to add control of the fan to the app (right now the app only controls the light settings and you have to use the remote control for the fan).
