Just what I needed
Fit perfectly on my pentair ccp320 filter set up. Came in a set of 2 with the rings, couplers & o rings. Purchased an "open package" for a fraction of the cost. No problems.

Part number 270004 fits a 1 1/2 inch slip fit pipe.The outer diameter of a 1 1/2 inch pipe is aprox 2 inches.If your plumbing is 1 1/2 inch pipe, this will work.Spent 20 min on the phone with pentair and they had no idea.Seems like a good part, haven't installed it yet but when I do i will definitely be using some magic pool lube on the rubber o-ring.

Perfect replacement
I got this to replace a fitting that broke from age deterioration on my Pentair CCP240 filter. There are 2 per package so I fixed the broken fitting and I'm keeping the other as a spare. It's easily glued to a 2 inch PVC coupling with PVC glue.
