Q: I just put mine together. Are the plantars suppose to swing back and forth or be stationary??

Swing back and forth I guess, maybe for better watering and removal.

Q: I don't have a drill - do you still sell this with drain holes?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any bins with pre-drilled drainage holes. We found that not everyone wants drainage holes in their planters, however, if you want to add drainage holes, we suggest using a 1/4” (6mm) drill bit (drill bit not included). This way, if you change your mind later on you can use the 1/4” silicone stoppers we have supplied you with to plug the holes. If you have any further questions, please reach out to us!

Q: Do the rotating bins lock in place?

The rotating bins do not contain a pin-lock and are securely rest on the bin hangers found on each side of the product's frame. Rest assured, the Outland Living Vertical Garden is stable without them!

Q: Does each planter drain into the one below it?

Hello, These bins do not come with drainage holes. Not everyone wants drainage holes in their planters. But, if you want to add drainage holes, we suggest using a 5/16” (8mm) drill bit. There are areas in the bins that show where drain holes can be added. Thank you, Outland Living
