took way too long
this is the product that i ordered... but the dates listed as expected were not followed though with. I would not have ordered the product had I known that it was not in stock/available. False advertisement that it would be shipped as the dates listed

If the top was softer then the product would be better suited for most people
The material is too hard to lay on, even w/ towels used on top, it just not the right thing for me. If the top was softer then the product would be better suited for most people.
