I am two years into this mattress and it’s still firm yet comfortable. I have this mattress on an adjustable frame and flip it at least twice a year. I would definitely recommend this mattress.

It's fine at first, but it starts to sag in a matter of months. After two years, it definitely needs to be replaced.I've had it for three years now, and it's completly blown out -- killing my back. Save your money.I bought it based on Consumer Reports recommendation. I'm not going to trust them in the future either.

With 2 longstanding spinal injuries, 1 in neck C5,C6,C7 and 1 in the lower L4,5,6, I've finally found a decent mattress. It's only been 2 months but life is better now since 1st night We'll see how long it lasts. Definitely more on the firm side than medium.

The mattress is not 80x76, but 76 x 76. It seems to be a return that was repackaged and sold as new. It started getting valleys after a few weeks, but we could not return it. Bad choice and misleading advertising.

I purchased the 5” box springs and 12” mattress for my granddaughter. The mattress is firm and comfortable. There were physical black marks and tears on both the box springs and mattress but no structural damage from what I could tell. Not looking brand new. Checking on warranty now.

After a year this mattress started to create a low spot in my typical side sleeping area. After two years its hurting my back and uncomfortable... at three years unbearable and useless!

Not good for low back painers, hurts!
