This product is of good quality, and delivery was fast and efficient. I wanted to use it for Pilates, but it was way to dense, to the point of discomfort, might be better for other things. It did say high density on the description, so it was a matter of seeing it in person.

The right size an heavy duty for my exercises

I should have read the reviews properly - my own fault. I have a feeling it might snap in half if I use it to balance on as per instructions. It's rock hard and shoots across my wooden floor so I have to use it on carpet.
