Bumblebee Linens White Linen Hemstitched Dinner Napkins Set of 4 20" X 20" Ladder Hem Stitch Cloth Napkin

I ordered these because I was starting up my own airbnb and I wanted to do everything I can to make it a top-end experience. These most definitely are linen! I washed them by hand in a small bucket in my sink, warm water. I rinsed well, put them in the dryer on air-dry, followed by a few more minutes of low heat (but only about 7 or 8 minutes total, including heat-up!). Then I ironed them (they ARE linen, after all), and that was when I noticed just how awesome these are.A word on ironing: I used a hot iron, lots of pressure, and I used a spray bottle to dampen the linen. Very easy ironing. Keep the iron moving, though... the heat is good for making steam of the spray, but you can burn anything quickly on high heat.All 4 corners are sewn internally. Not sure the technical term... kind of like a French seam almost, where you sew the corners (hem) inside out, so when you right-side them again, the entire stitching is hidden. Then I noticed the detail of the ladder stitching. That's the "ladder" effect woven into the fabric all around the edges, about 1 1/8 inch in from the edge. Beautiful touch, and makes the most of what linen has to offer.So when I was done ironing, I folded them into a simple triangle fold. Linen just seems to fold really nicely. Just the right amount of stiffness to hold the fold.These make a really nice, subdued, formal set. I've included a photo of the table set for breakfast.I also was pleased that the day after these arrived, the seller was in touch to make sure I was happy. I love that kind of attention!

This is the second set of linen napkins that I have ordered from Bumblebee. The hems are pretty and even, well stitched. I like the quality of the fabric; it has a nice smooth feel. Easy to iron. I have washed the first set about half a dozen times, and they still look like new. I am using these to embroider for communion linens, but they are lovely as napkins, too. Great value!

Good quality product. The mitered corners are very well done and the hemstitching is nice. The fabric is a nice weight, not too thin, and ironed very well. They were squared well. They will be used for communion. I would buy from this company again.

They look well made but haven't used them yet. The test will be when they are washed. I figure linen will have to be pressed.

Bought these for communion covering on wafers, They seem to wash well and Iron well.

These linen napkins are beautiful. They arrived in 2 days, as promised, for a dinner party I was hosting that night. And my guests proceeded to get them quite dirty. I threw them in the wash immediately after the dinner, and they came completely clean and still crisp. All they needed was some pressing. Lipstick came out also! I am very happy with the price and the quality and may get another 4 along with the 12 I just purchased.

I like everything about these napkins! It's not easy to find good quality dinner napkins, that are also large. As advertised, these napkins are 22" x 22" For anyone who wants to present an elegant table, with folded linen napkins, I would recommend these lovely linen napkins. For those of you lacking napkin folding skills, the seller very nicely provides a link that guides you through various ways of "how to fold a napkin." I am very happy with this purchase, and I will be replacing many of my older napkins with these newly found linen napkins.
