I bought these to use as headlamp reminders. They provide a steady high pitch "beep" that is quite loud when using 12 volts. Worked for my purpose.

I finally got around to needing the buzzers I ordered several months ago. Unfortunately, the units are mislabeled and provide a solid sound; not the intermittent sound I expected and ordered. Of course, I missed the return window by 2 weeks so I'm stuck with these things. Do not buy these unless you don't care how they sound.

Loud enough for my purpose, but these are very low sound quality. I would give 2 stars, but the description clearly says intermittent sound and these are a continuous beep.

Worst sounding piezo I've ever heard.

I have a 12v water over-fill alarm i made,using a 9v battery and needed a simple beeperto sound off when my furnace humidifier over-fills.With this said.. i really have not installed them to myhome made water overflow alarm yet.. but when i doI will let you know then how they work. UPDATE: i Finished installing my home made water overflow alarm to my furnace humidifier pump. THis buzzer sounds constant... no pulses....just one ear piercing sound to notify me of water overflow. Works....is piercing sound so you notice it. I installed it near the basement heat vent so the sound goes upstairs into the upper floor of our home to hear it working.You will n0ticE it when it sounds off......just like a SMOKE alarm sounds like when it goes on.Very nicely made. rouged...has two holes one on left of siren and one on right for screws to hold it to whatever.Great buy..nicely and sturdily made.Every home should buy some...i did!!!al
