Q: Why did you send a plant that was just 4 inches tall when you advertised and charged the price of a much larger plant?

I also received a tiny plant, but got two. They also seem to be infected with bugs of some kind?

Q: Please help, I received my plant and it’s in bad shape also I woke up today and all my plants are filled with tiny little flies?

The last one I received from amazon plant exchange was mysteriously cut off close to the bottom of the plant. The box looked in bad shape like it had been re-taped. The won't even credit my account! But, maybe you should try, too! Your plant was probably infested when they packed it for shipping! I never had a problem from the plants I ordered on Amazon from "Costa" . But I will never again order from their plant exchange!
