Product was faulty but return was easy with no charge
I received a faulty unit in which the locking mechanism that is supposed to click into the teeth inside the tensioner is not shaped correctly and makes very poor contact with the teeth. I found this out after installing it and then having it malfunction, providing loud Cam chain slap. I requested a refund and found out they will charge a 50% restock fee and make me pay return shipping. DO NOT BUY. STICK WITH MANUAL CCT.UPDATE.I spoke with seismic cycle owner and he said that there will not be a restocking fee because the unit was faulty. The restocking fee is there to make sure people choose the correct part for the year bike they own. Understandable!
