I run a commercial kitchen and these were nowhere near commercial quality. I ordered two pans - both were delivered today 2/9/15. When I picked up the box from our mail room it was very light. The box was in great shape and the top pan was in good shape. The bottom pan was bent and dented on the corners. It looked like just the bottom pan was dropped. I would have thought both pans would have been in the same shape, considering they were stacked together and in the same box. So I'm guessing the person filling the order would have seen this. The pans are very thin and I was able to bend the pan back into some kind of shape with little to no effort. The non stick coating on the pan was only on the top part of the pan and was clearly sprayed on. It looked like a spray paint can product. The bottom of the pan had run lines (Drips) from the paint. Not what I'd call commercial grade. NEW STAR FOODSERVICE should be ashamed of this product for calling it commercial. I would have gladly paid more for a better product. I ended up ordering muffin pans from Hubert 45045. This is how a commercial pan should look, feel and be constructed.

JUST FABULOUS!This is not mini muffin ones this is a standard size. big and beautiufl.It is true stainless steel and not look alike. It is very beautiful and easy to clean.very evenly distributed heat makes the muffins to cook easily and evenly.It is sturdy no warping.Love it and I think it is as high quality as you can find.

The pan was of good quality but the muffin cups were very shallow. The circumference was good but not deep enough, so I returned it. The shipper was very good and had the funds back promptly. No hassle.

This item is described as "a 1 piece aluminum muffin pan 24 cups" ... to serious bakers that know what they're talking about (in this case, my wife), "one piece" means of singular construction - as in a singular piece of formed metal but this item is not as described... it is rather a single sheet of metal punched with 24 cup cake cup sized holes then 24 individual metal cup cake cups are pressed into place... this may seem a little picky but it isn't - on the contrary, for reasons unbeknownst to me, it makes a huge difference... it certainly met with disapproval when my wife opened the package and found what she described as a "cheap piece of s***"... I don't know about you guys but when my wife says something like that about a gift, it usually means that somebody, somewhere, is in for a bad day...Now may be I'm tempting fate here but I decided to keep the item rather than go through the hassle of returning it, getting a refund and shopping elsewhere... but a word to the wise, if my wife isn't happy about this product then I would say that there are likely more who would be dissatisfied with the seller's apparently inaccurate description. I would suggest that the seller correct this mistake before some other less than happy customer complains... Please, for the sake of us husbands... get your description corrected and make sure that us unsuspecting men don't get into trouble for ordering the wrong thing again... Thanks!

I ordered this industrial pan while also having a 24 cup nonstick pan. I put both pans in the oven for 48 cupcakes. The industrial pan did a fantastic job baking cupcakes while the pan I already owned, the cupcakes were slightly burnt. I plan to order a second pan. This one did the job and they were baked to perfection.
