Bad product for brand name
Ordered in February but just opened now and used. Out of 3 taps 2 taps are damaged. Dont sell damaged products plz. Spoiling brand names.

Hard to believe it's a Kohler/ Revised review
I bought this self closing tap in October '21. It looks good but that's about it. The very purpose of auto closing is defeated if it leaks continuously & that is exactly what it is doing after just 2 months. Its supposed to have a 10 year warranty now I will have to pursue that to see if they honour it. Its not worth spending so much on such a big brand name if its not going to last for even 2 months.Subsequent to my above review I must add that I was contacted by Kohler having seen my review on Amazon & they offered to send a tech over to have a look at the tap & do the needful. I was impressed by that as I had not yet contacted them. So I take back my words about honouring their warranty. They obviously are a respectable company and conscious about customer satisfaction. So I guess I would probably go in for them again. I do believe now that its a Kohler.

Opens for a few seconds
The media could not be loaded. Purchased in 2021, Had the leak problem as mentioned by other rewiewers and fixed it by slightly loosening the inner cartridge and assembling. The tap opens for a few seconds only, which is very annoying.

Water dripping after 2 weeks of use
This is not expected from Kohler. Water is dripping drop by drop only after 2 weeks of use. Trying to get in touch with Kohler customer care but no luck so far.Update March 24: Customer care contacted me after seeing the review on Amazon. Mr. Himanshu from Kohler was very kind and extended support to fix the issue at highest priority. Very much impressed with the support from Kohler and it is what expected when you are paying such a high price for the product.Changing to 4 stars.

Kohler auto closing metal faucet
Product damaged after 8 months usage. is there any possiblility to repair/ replace

Warranty is not honoured by Kohler.
The product was working ok but on failure the warranty is not honoured and now have been informed that the spindle/ disc of the pressmatic is not available. We invested a lot of money to use Kohler in the complete building now have second thoughts due to refusal of warranty and non availability of spares. It seems in the long run Indian brands are more suitable.
