So thoroughly disappointed with this product. I bought this as a birthday present for my spouse and it was the most expensive piece of trash I've bought to date! It looks beautiful online, and is beautiful in person, but the product does not assemble well. In fact, it doesnt assemble AT ALL. The holes were too small and when it was fully assembled the whole thing was unstable. The bottom bar was too short for the base frame. I tightened, retightened, and was still miserably wobbly. Toward the end, the screw tread came out of the holes and made this product unusable. Please don't buy this product. Save your money. I'm sure there are much sturdier and easier to assemble valets for much less. SO DISAPPOINTED!

I was excited to get this, as my husband has really been wanting one. Now that I have it assembled, it looks quite nice. BUT, it took FOREVER to put together, because all the parts don't fit well together and it takes several tries to get it to work. This was aggravating, at best. A 30 minute project took over 2 hours, and unfortunately, it is still a bit wobbly at the feet. Some of the fittings for the screws came loose and had to be glued for the screws to tighten adequately. A Phillips screwdriver is necessary to put this together, even though the instructions say nothing about needing tools, and there are no written directions, just obscure photos that are difficult to decipher at first. My biggest disappointment is that the mahogany wood is VERY red, and not at all the color represented online. Our bedroom is all darker wood, so this doesn't match. If you want a "cherry" look, this is for you. If you want darker, it is not.

Great product, especially for the price. My husband loves it; I had been shopping around for one for awhile, and I settled on this one with tentative high hopes. It's perfect for what he was after!Pros: Great color and wood quality. Packed well so no damage in shipping.Removable pants bar is one of hubby's favorite features.Great small compartments on the top hold wallet, keys, and watch easily.Looks sleek and classy in the bedroom without being overly large or fussy (simple, no tie bars poking out or random extras).Cons: A little wobbly at the feet (very slight, not enough to be an issue - and it is on carpet -, but I did have to do some adjusting down there to get itto tighten up enough to not be super noticeable). The construction is sturdy, it's not the actual legs that are wobbly, but the feet don't all lineup exactly flush with at least our floor.Instructions are all in pictures. I'd prefer some words in the instructions rather than just the pictures. It wasn't difficult to put together, but it tooksome deciphering of drawings to make sure the pieces faced the right way, etc.Drawer is pretty flimsy (no tracks, so it just slides in and out of the slot loosely. However, this adds to the simplicity, as I would not have beenthrilled about putting together drawer tracks for a drawer that small).All in all, we are extremely happy, and hubby is definitely using it every day! He loves it!

This is junk. I ordered it 2 times and both had the same issue. The barrel nuts are so cheap that they break before you can get the bolts tight enough to not jiggle. On the 2nd try I built it all and kept it loose until the end and then tried to gently tighten them and nope - they broke. Wasted my time again both building it and driving it back to UPS for the return. Should’ve gone to the furniture store in the first place.

We received this item and one of the legs was splintered. The blot would not tighten on the base.....hassle to now send back!!

Very very disappointing! Will HAVE to return it! It didn't not come assembled as describe, on top of that, they put same foot (not left and right) which makes it IMPOSSIBLE to assemble! I definitely DO NOT recommend this product! What a hassle!! My husband was so excited to have it stand and frustrated putting it together!
