I have a family member who is currently following orthomolecular protocols and gets tired of swallowing supplements all of the time. This product allows them to continue with their protocol without the dissatisfaction of swallowing a bunch of pills. They taste great also.

This is honestly the worst tasting supplement I've ever had in my life. I don't know if they sent me a batch that's gone bad or what. It would not dissolve under my tongue like the vitamin d and k2 I get from the same company so I had to chew it which made the experience so much worse. Even when under my tongue, I could taste it though. Absolutely awful. Waste of money.

JUST WHAT I NEEDED

I bought this company vitamin D3 and it's great, so I figured I would get this vitamin A. The taste was terrible, so terrible I now have to swallow the pill. This is the whole reason I bought this brand so I didn't have to swallow and I would rather swallow a liquid gel than this, because as soon as you put this in your mouth it starts breaking down and you get some of the terrible taste. When the Pill gets wet it clumps together like a gelatin instead of like powder dispersing and dissolving. I almost think it was a bad batch but I have no way of knowing for sure since this is my first time buying this product.

This dose seems like it would be WAY too high, especially to be taking every day. Vitamin A is toxic at this level according to medical websites. Maybe go research before deciding to buy.
