Don't buy the same product
You can buy the local product in the rs. 250-400 inr. Because this is not the genuine product from skull candy and the replacement and return policy didn't work on this product. I am a prime user of Amazon and still face the problem and Amazon don't help to replace and return the same product. So please don't buy the skull candy products you can buy the local product rather than buy the same product. In short if you want to waste your money you can buy the product. I am really fed-up with this product.Reason :Product didn't connect with mobile. If by mistake connect with my mobile automatically disconnect within 10-15 minutes.Battery backup max to max 3-4 hoursStandby backup max to max 8-9 hoursMic didn't audibleSound quality good but when he connect with my mobile.Return or replace is not possible.

Be aware of first copy products
First I got a product which is in the first picture in which the battery drained soon, voice clarity is not good. There is no return, only exchange or replacement is available, so i got it replaced which is in the second pic, now everything is very good. See the difference between the outer box in both pics. Pls beware of replica products.More sound clarity, bass is good for music but not good for calls comparatively. Overall it's good for music lovers

Na volume aa rahi or phone per bhi awaj nahi aati product is bekar

Very low volume even when taken to full volume
Volume adjustments is bad and even at full volume cant hear the sound clearly. Need better speakers in set .
