Ingredients: Lecithin, Proplene, Glycol, may contain one or more of the following U.S. Certified Food colors (Blue 1, Blue 2, Red 3, Red 40, Red 40 Lake, Yellow 5 and Yellow 6)

Q: Can you use flo coat with melting chocolate to then add americolor pearl sheen airbrush color to the chocolate?

Yes! This works great with white chocolate

Q: Does this work for chocolate fountains? I always do white chocolate one, but didn’t know if this would work for that.

I will say you will need a very large amount for a fountain. I would not recommend just on the sheer volume that would be needed. I would look into thinning your chocolate with a fat such as coconut oil or another flavorless oil. Flocoat is more to avoid the chocolate from seizing when you add a color. Adding the fat should thin and aid in the flow solving both issues if you were planning on adding color. If no color was added just stick to adding the fat.
