HimalayaOrganic Ginger Supplement Equivalent to 4,766 mg of Ginger Powder for Nausea, Gas and Occasional Upset Stomach, 2 Month Supply, 60 Caplets

This works so well to help my stomach. When it wasn't available for a little while on Amazon I tried a different brand of ginger supplement that was an easier to swallow capsule but it didn't help as well even when I used a little more of a dose. I love these ginger pills so much! It seems to almost always relieve my indigestion.My only slight critique is that the caplets are slightly hard to swallow, I can almost always take them with no issue but every so rarely I'll swallow slightly incorrectly and the caplet will catch on my tonsils which then is uncomfortable because of the spicy ginger making contact. But I have abnormally large tonsils so I have a harder time than most at swallowing pills. Doctors and dentists almost always make exclamations of surprise during examinations of my mouth because of my giant tonsils. So if you have a hard time taking these you probably also have large tonsils or have poor skills at swallowing pills. Personally I'd rather the company not change a thing about these, they work great and I worry that any changes could affect how well they work.

I love this! I was reading about period pain and something called prostaglandins. It said if you take a high dosage of ginger 2-3 days before and the first 3 days, pain will be gone. It worked for me! Normally, I'm dying on the ground and taking ibuprofen like it's candy. Not this time! Just make sure to take it 2-3 days before (didn't work the first time). And I take 2 capsules. I also eat anti-inflammatory foods and it helps.I've been taking one a day to help with inflammation from SIBO and as a prokinetic and I think it's been helping.Love this company. It's affordable, packaged in glass, doesn't have a capsule coating, and is pretty cute like little gingerbread cookies!

I have daily nausea after eating following my gastric bypass. My gastroenterologist suggested ginger. This product has no sugar which is essential for me. It has the right amount and formulation of ginger to be effective. I take one after breakfast and lunch. Works great to stop the nausea.

Works amazing for stomach issues or nausea - very potent. If you love ginger, you’ll have no problems but if you dislike the smell/taste you might be turned off by the larger, uncoated tablets (a plus for me as it means there’s no unneeded ingredients to coat the pill).

I actually purchased this with my granddaughter in mind because she was always getting stomach aches and telling me she felt nauseous. Then whatever was troubling her belly seemed to go away by the time I received this but on occasion I have used this and it absolutely relieved my upset stomach. I don't use this every day or even weekly but it's nice to have on hand when I need it.
