My wife used to press the dough into the pan but was hard to get it even this roller makes it much easier for her to just roll it out in the baking pan. She loves using this tool.

I love this thing. It makes rolling pizza crust and cookie dough. Having the 2 different sizes on 1 product is fantastic

Somehow, I lost my tried-n-true roller so I purchased this one. I love the stainless steel aspect but its construction allows water to enter the wheels. I don’t want stagnant water so I’m forced to do a song and dance to remove water after every washing.

This worked good and rolled out the dough evenly not too thin. I have a wooden roller but it didn’t press the dough at all so this metal utensil is a nice size. I made a pizza and a quick tip to get it to not bubble and pop is just let it rest for 1-2 hours so the dough will finish rising before it starts cooking this will stop the heat from pushing out the top surface.

Wonderful tool for smoothing out pizza dough after its in the pan. I also use it with Lloyd Pizza Cutter pans to cut the edges (might be worth looking into if youre into homemade pizza). Do not immerse in water to clean. Just dry off. easy peasy.

It bent after first use. Making due with what I have now.

Great little roller. Easy to clean and maneuvers well.

This little roller works really well to roll dough in the pan evenly all the way to the edges. Won't replace my long wooden rolling pin for larger jobs, but certainly makes this type of job easier.
