it is the best thing that has happened to me in the realm ...
This product was probably made for consumption and not what I purchased it for, but I gotta say, it is the best thing that has happened to me in the realm of wart removal!A few years ago, I came into contact with some kid who had hand warts, which later led to me forming 2 warts on my toes that followed me into adulthood. A few years later, I was working with a patient, who later gave me a hand wart on my thumb. Freezing (home remedies, with nitrogen in clinic), burning, and slicing off the nasty buggers didn't work, and week long therapies of duct tape and salicylic acid failed too. Each time, the wart would scab over and fall off, but it would regrow a smaller one within a few months.I decided to give apple cider vinegar a shot. What you have to do is first use a sharp object like a sewing needle to poke a couple holes into your wart to help with absorption. Next, soak a small piece of cotton ball just large enough to cover your wart in this vinegar, and carefully place it on top of the wart with tweezers. Immediately wrap the area with a band aid, and then duct tape the area off to make sure the vinegar doesn't make the band aid fall off. It's best to do this overnight, as it does burn after a couple hours, and it can hurt quite a bit if it's in a sensitive area like between your fingers. After 1 or 2 nights of doing this, the wart should turn black/red and scab over. You can try one more application if you don't think it penetrated to the base of the root, but the entire wart should fall off all at once. Otherwise, you can sand down the dead tissue with something like a pumice stone/nail filer and repeat applications until the wart is gone.I should have tried this before wasting money on all those Dr. Scholl's products and going to the doctor! Been wart free for several months now.

Economical and Versatile
I have now been using this for about 2-3 months religiously. I am a new and avid convert to the ACV bandwagon. This year I have taken a huge shift in trying to incorporate natural remedies into my skin care regiment.I use it on my face, back and bikini area. It is a fantastic astringent and helps reduce my breakouts and the life span of the breakouts. Yes there is a potent smell but it goes away and when you're applying it with a moisturizer or other toner it drastically neutralizes the smell ( I also use orange blossom toner, aloe vera gel, rosehip oil, tea tree oil, and witch hazel.)A bit afraid of drinking it because of the taste, but I keep reading the praises, so I am going to have to give it a try mixing with water. Continuing to research new ways to use it! One of the smartest purchases I've made.

Great for salad dressings, coleslaw etc, good health benefits
Good product and arrived well packed to prevent breakage/spillage. A little on the pricey side compared to buying in supermarket but as we travel full-time is not always convenient to find or get to a place that stocks it so I just bought the 2pack online. Figured it would cost time and money in gas driving around trying to find a place that stocked it anyway! Good product for multiple purposes - gives a nice tang in salad dressings! This is the only vinegar we were allowed to use (in salad dressing mixed with oil) while recently doing a 2 week Candida Cleanse.

Great for Gallbladder Issues!
This is VERY useful and truly helpful if you have gallbladder troubles. My gallbladder will get inflamed very few months. Ultrasounds have shown that I don't have stones, but it just functions slowly at times, causing pain and nausea. When the flares start, I have found that drinking 1/4 cup of ACV mixed with one cup of orange juice will calm the flare down CONSIDERABLY. You may have to repeat this 1-2 times a day for a few days, but after that it should stop the flare up totally.Usually my symptoms lasted for a week or more, but since I started using the ACV when it acts up, it's 2-3 days at MOST.The taste can be hard to get down. It does burn my throat a little. Orange juice is the best medium I've found for mixing with the ACV. You barely taste it!

Doesn't take your breath away like regular Apple cider vinegar
My family has read up on what organic raw Apple cider vinegar is good for. Regular apple cider vinegar takes your breath away. This doesn't! Mix 1 tablespoon with 1 tablespoon of raw natural honey in 16 oz of water then drink it. My daughter in law tryed regular vinegar and gaged her. I dreaded trying it but I'd ordered this one and mixed up a glass after it came today. Nice taste! It's good for burning fat, lowers colestral, blood pressure and high sugar. I'm sure there are other things it's good for. I will be drinking it each day. Amazon sells the honey (which I'd been using) in different sizes. The 3 pound bottle is soft so mixed well. I have the E.S. Pressed honey that is solid also but don't know how it would mix. I eat it by the spoonful. You can put the jar in warm water to liquidate it but I didn't want to. The solid honey is so tasty I could eat the whole jar. Someone had posted you can buy this at Walmart a lot cheaper. My husband is going to check Royal King.Update. After checking Walmart and GNC it is not the same as this vinegar. Read this label...Unfiltered, unheated and unpasteurized. The vinegar at walmarts ect? Do not say that on the label. I'll stay with Amazon.Another update. My daughter in law found this exact vinegar at krogers today for $6.00. A 32 oz bottle.
