I am a true fan of everything bagels. However, my husband and I went on the low carb keto diet and both of us have lost. I missed this flavor. I now make chaffels with this seasoning as well as no carb bagels. It is the best!!!! All the flavor with none of the carbs.

I must have missed the mention of salt when looking for nutrition information, which I never found. I’m sorry it was so salty. Use judiciously.

I didn’t realize it had chili flakes (my own fault for assuming it was a run-of-the-mill everything bagel seasoning). The seller does specify down in the description. and admittedly I didn’t read through the whole thing. I would recommend adding it to the photos. Because that was surely a surprise when I first used it.
