Chelated Zinc 250 tabs

I happen to have to take at least 30mg of zinc to manage a chronic problem I've had for several decades. Ever since discovering that zinc is used in Europe more often for this problem than is done in the U.S., I've avoided all prescription drug treatments for it, and my doctors continue to report I'm actually improving over what they'd expect at my age. I can fairly quickly tell if I forget to take my daily zinc for an extended period of time (now very rare due to consequences that occur). I almost ran out of my previous preferred product and for a period of time it was impossible to find decent quality 30mg zinc products due to panic buying earlier in the COVID situation. Finally these (from Carlson) showed up on Amazon. It's been years since I've used a Carlson product, but their reputation seems to be good, so I quickly ordered this on the theory that at least something is better than nothing, even if not as easily absorbed, etc. In fact, I've had zero indication that it is not working as it should, and multiple decades of experience with the problem gives me confidence that if the full amount of zinc was not being adequately absorbed into my body and/or wasn't being properly utilized, I would know about it by now. In fact, a very recent check up revealed that I'm actually better off with the specific issue now than I have been for many years.So I conclude that this product is working as well or possibly even better than any previous zinc product I've used. I suspect I'll be switching to this brand/product when the current bottle runs out - and it was only supposed to be a temporary solution to a non-availability problem with my previously preferred brand. I just opened my bottle of Carlson Chelated Zinc 30mg.It’s the type I wanted but didn’t totally look at the description. I prefer capsules + these were tablets.I will be using them in a few days along with 8 other supplements at the same time.Hope they go down easily.

To each their own but this type of zinc supplement always has seemed to work best for me and I have been taking supplements for probably close to 20 years now. This type of zinc is the zinc you want.
