Great faucet, great customer service.
We purchased this faucet 12 years ago from Advantage Gallery, a local kitchen and bath store. Over the years AG has contacted KWC for us to get replacement aerator parts, and more recently a new cartridge. I needed to contact KWC for some questions and to replace a part where I stripped the threads for a screw that holds the handle on (my fault). KWC's customer service was wonderful. They worked with me, and researched how to solve my problem, and eventually replaced the faucet. It is so worth it to pay for the more expensive brand, when you get such great customer service.
