This product is by far my favorite brand for St Johns Wort. I’ve tried a variety of different brands but this specific one has improved my overall mood incredibly! It is time released so it feels like it improves your mood throughout the day.

My husband takes this product daily. It has helped level out mood swings on a very consistent basis. He goes off it from time to time as recommended for a couple of weeks and it's easy to tell he is off after that amount of time. He has recommended it to his sons as well. As with other herbs, you don't see or feel results immediately nor do things change immediately when you stop taking it. Great product. Sustained release makes a difference.

I bought these for my husband at my sister's recommendation. We have tried St. John's for his mild depression before without any noticeable change. There is something different about these extended-release tablets. He didn't think they were doing much until he forgot to take them for a few days. Then he could see they were definitely taking the edge off his depression. The change was gradual and requires you being consistent to see the benefits, but for very mild depression they can help!

The time release feature is a must have, and works well from this product. The product also seems to produce more Serotonin rather quickly, in as little as 24 hours. However, I found that as my body adjusted to the new level of Serotonin, problems with re-uptake occurred and symptoms returned as well. So, I believe this product may be more beneficial for short term use and not as a substitute for SSRI's.

Great product! It works well for me, I’m better at taking things 2x per day so having this 450 mg controlled release is very helpful. This product is very hard to find, Ive had problems in the past with it going out of stock so I’m very happy that Recommerce is selling it. I received it quickly and will order from them again!

I've been taking this extended release product for a very long time. The quality is always good and I believe St. John's Wort is a very effective mild mood stabilizer especially with sustained use. Just be sure to tell your doctor (especially prior to surgery) that you are on it.

Can there be any better than this when after years I've tried them all?! The best period.
