Convenient
This little notebook is super convenient as a nursing student, use this for my SBARR and write in it throughout my clinical. It is the perfect size too, fits in scrub pocket. 10/10

Literally awesome
Ok on an honest note this is freaking awesome. My head to toe is so much easier now. And writing an SBAR for school is a breeze. Super super happy with this buy even if it was expensive. The first two pages I created a cheat sheet. There’s boxes for the systems and I wrote down what you do for each system so now my head to toe is so easy. I’m super happy with this

The idea is great, and I love the attempt
I wish I could give 3.5 stars. The idea is great, and I love the attempt. However, the sheets are just too small to fit everything legibly without being cluttered and hard to read, and yet, they are still a little big to carry on you at all times. But the design is very nice, and you might have better eyesight and exercise a more space-efficient system of notetaking than me, and that's why I'm giving it 4 stars.

The Best
If you're considering this I absolute say DO IT!! Being a fairly new Med Surg RN I have been lost in trying to find what works for me. This book has saved me and helped me become more organized. My handoff reports have become easier and better thanks to the organization this book provides. Hands down I would absolutely recommend it!

Nursing Student Life Saver!
I've used this through two semesters of nursing school and will be able to make it through my final semester with the same notebook. It's so useful in the clinical setting, especially on the M/S floor and acute care setting. I especially love the section with the times, it gives me a place to keep track of myself, which can be difficult at times thanks to my ADHD. The focused systems section is nice for Sim Charting, and there's plenty of space for extra notes.I've had countless compliments on the book, and so many nurses have asked me where they can also find one for themselves. I'll be purchasing a few copies to give to my nursing cohort besties at graduation, as I really think this notebook is a must have for the new nurse and nursing student!

Perfect for this nurse!
This is a great nurse brain. It has all the info I would want on it and room to write any additional info I need. I am an ICU nurse so I needed room to write vent settings, drips, ect. I was worried there might not be enough space, but it works perfectly.Update: Bought 2 more because I love them so much! Everyone at work keeps asking where I got it from. Never going back to the old way!

Great Product for New Nurses!
I just started my first RN job. I bought this product to help me keep information straight. It's amazing. It's small enough to fit in my scrub pockets, but still has plenty of room to write down important information about my patients. I love that there are lines to write down vital signs and that it has hourly boxes to write what happened during that hour. It's so helpful. I definitely recommend nurses getting this product. I can't stress enough how much I love it!

So helpful!
Absolutely love this! I have had coworkers ask where I got it and want one too. Only downside (which is why I took a star) is for the price it should come with more than 100 patient templates or multiple books. I take five patients a shift (three when I’m charge nurse) so this will only last about a month especially since we discharge patients and get admissions so really I can have up to 10 patients (on a real bad shift. Lol)
