Use it with sugar-free syrup for molasse/maple flavor in baked goods.

Have had this brand for all of my life. My grandmother used to use it to make syrup for pancakes and waffles. Much better flavor than other brands. Much cheaper to make your own syrup than to buy bottled brands. This way you know what is in it.

I like to make my own sugar free syrup for pancakes. This has a very good maple flavor using very little flavoring. I was looking in grocery stores but could not find it. Thought of Amazon.

When I was growing up, my family didn't have a lot of money, so we made our own maple syrup using Mapleine. I was so excited to find it's still available! This stuff lasts forEVER. You only need a tiny amount to make a batch of syrup. And while it is of course not the same as real maple syrup, it beats the pants off all the corn-syrup-thickened imitation maple syrups at the grocery store. If you want it thicker, just simmer it longer.

I've always made my own pancake syrup and this is all I've ever used. It's great stuff!
