I am a repeat customer of this same brand of DIM. I tried other brands in the past and they just don't measure up. I started taking DIM because of its medical benefits of hormonal and estrogen balance. A side benefit is it gave me perfect skin! After only four days of taking this brand of DIM, my very annoying recurring under-chin adult acne, started to clear up and have not returned. This is FOUR DAYS!!! For the first time in over two decades, I now have perfectly smooth skin, and I dare say perfect skin tone, no blemish, and no discoloration. I recently purchased this product a few weeks ago. I had a tubal litigation after my son and it really took a toll on my body. I haven’t lost weight. I still get hot flashes, though they’re not terrible, but I have noticed that I haven’t gotten a cystic acne breakout since I started taking this. That alone is worth three stars.

These work well. I take a DIM supplement everyday because my hormones are thrown out of whack - - - I get horrible hot flashes. DIM is supposed to help regulate your hormones. I have seen a difference since I began taking them. This one is great because there are no sterates or other fillers and no preservatives, which is what I look for in a supplement. It also includes Bioperine, which helps with absorption. I take it with my Tumeric supplement because Bioperine helps Tumeric absorption also. This brand was a little cheaper than my usual DIM brand, so thought I'd try it, though I don't think it works quite as well-- but not sure about that, as I get hot flashes most of the time anyway. My black cohosh stopped working, so I switched to Estrolife, which helped at first, but now, hot flashes again.

I'm in the early stages of menopause and started to gain a lot of weight from it. I don't want to start hormone therapy, so I was researching anything natural to help me. I've been taking this supplement with dinner for about 3 weeks now and all I can say is wow. My weight is slowly decreasing, it seems as if my hair is a little thicker and I feel like I'm getting some energy back. Ive been taking this stuff for a month and my hormonal acne has completely cleared up! Ive made a few other changes to my skin care routine but it was the deep painful pimples that were really my concern and I know that comes from the inside. I had a severe reaction on the second day of taking this supplement. I had extreme head, ear, eye and neck pain and intense vomiting for an entire evening. Also tremors and chills. Maybe it was an extreme detox but I have taken DIM in the past from another company and did not have any problems. It took several days for me to recover.
