Palkia EX is an amazing card, it ships fast, and has a really cool design, but I recommend to not use it in battles (unless you are battling another ex and you go first) because most ex cards have 170 hp and up so it would leave the defending pokemon with 10 or 20 hp depending on the hp and damage the other pokemon has
