Geospace GEOGLIDE Freedom Eagle Glider with 33 inch Wingspan

I purchased this eagle for my nephew for his birthday, and he absolutely loved it. He received many gifts from friends and family, but this is what he wanted to play with. I would absolutely recommend.

For the price I was expecting a bit more. Made of cheap styrofoam that doesn’t fly more than 10 ft. Styrofoam broke within 5 times of using. Very very disappointed as this was a birthday present. Do not waste your money!!

It's quite a beautiful sight watching the eagle soar, especially on a windy day. You need a large open space.Other people in the park enjoy watching it go. Problem is it comes apart rather quickly. I took it home and applied a glue gun to all the parts, and that has so far kept it together when flying. When not in use, it's hanging in the front window.

The first eagle I ordered arrived with a broken beak, the second one arrived and it had the same issue; broken beak. My son wanted it so badly, he just shoved the beak back into the plastic cover that is around the head and is using it as is. The eagle does float nicely and I was able to return the first eagle easily. We are keeping this one because it still functions and my little guy doesn't want to wait for another one. All in all, he is still happy with it, although, I am afraid that because it is foam and arrived broken twice, this will not last long.

The media could not be loaded. COOL toy! Flies great! Looks like a real soaring Eagle! Simple - no adjustments needed. Catapult or throw it. If crashes, pops apart - just snap back together and go again. On a windy day you don't even need the catapult!

I ordered a Geospace Geoglide Freedom Eagle to be delivered by September 19, 2019 as an 8th birthday surprise for our grandson in NC. I was pleased with the fast delivery. He was very excited to open his gift on his birthday and was thrilled to see it was an eagle to fly! Our daughter helped him put it together and they immediately went out to fly it. Our grandson only got to fly it once because when it landed the beak broke and the wings fell off! Our grandson was really sad and disappointed. Our daughter put the wings together and tried flying the eagle again with the broken beak but it didn’t fly like it should. I didn’t want our grandson to remember our birthday gift to him as one he couldn’t use because it was broken, So, I thought I’d give the eagle a second chance and ordered another one. When it arrived on October 3rd, our daughter again helped our grandson put the eagle together and they flew it. Our daughter said the second eagle I ordered was better constructed with the beak being stronger and the wings fit tighter and they did not fall off upon landing. Both our grandson and our daughter were very happy and they love the eagle! Now my question is, how do I get reimbursed for the eagle that only had one flight and broke?

Quality, rugged glider! Excellent quality.

The beak snapped on the very first flight. Followed the directions for the string launch exactly and it went about 20’ and took a nose dive. Not worth the money and now I have a very disappointed kiddo that didn’t even get a chance at playing with his present from Santa.
