EuroGraphics Meeting Turret Stairs by Frederick William Burton 1000 Piece Puzzle (6000-3682)

As with all "painterly" puzzles - ones based on classic portrait artwork - there is an added degree of difficulty associated with having many pieces that are indistinct from one another. Regardless, I think this puzzle had just the right amount of easy, medium, and difficult pieces to place. None were missing, there were plenty of odd shaped pieces that are satisfying to hunt for and place, and the finished image looked beautiful. My only complaint is that now I intend to spend way more than I usually do on a frame for it, because it deserves something fancier than my go-to black ones!

Very challenging!!! Not only for the blue dress, but the puzzle pieces fit together in unusual ways.

Enjoyed it thoroughly until I saw it was missing one piece.

Looka that photo. What you see is what you get. Just a heat-sealed bag of puzzle pieces in a plain shipping box. Honestly, if you like the mind-shattering challenge of completing a jigsaw puzzle without ever looking at the box, this half-baked attempt at order fulfillment will be right up your alley. I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt and just assume they made the boss’ nephew work in the warehouse over Christmas break, and he’s just a lazy sack of crap. If this is anything like the real world, though, he probably got a promotion and they’ll soon go back to shipping puzzles the way any normal company would. Meanwhile, let the buyer beware.

Bummer. Super beautiful but missing 3 pieces. Inside the box, the puzzle came without a separate baggy (what most puzzles tend to have the pieces in) but the box was taped shut all pretty so I didn't question it. Shoulda.

I am alway careful with my puzzles. I have a dedicated space for them. I was disappointed to find four pieces missing.
