This product is brilliant. We had a heavily soiled garden that really started to smell in the recent warm weather. No amount of washing or cleaners helped. Two doses of this stuff so far and the smell has gone. Will do weekly doses with it over the summer to keep on top of it There was an issue with my initial order but the wonderful Emma sorted me out promptly. Will buy again.

Excellent product really works, tried many other fake grass disinfectants and grass still smells. This one is more expensive but works we use every year spring time and no smell all summer.

I love this stuff. We had our grass laid last May (2018) and by July in that hot hot summer we were experiencing the dreaded smell. I had already spent lots of money on different grass cleaners that made great claims and had excellent reviews. But they just made the smell even worse. I was beginning to dislike our new grass and despair of being able to sit outside and enjoy my garden once more. Then, one early morning I spent hours researching on the internet.... and Top Dog Turf became a regular part of my cleaning routine. I cannot express enough how helpful the team are, with the lovely Emma emailing me once to ask how I was getting on as I had a bought lots of the Wee Free and she wanted to make sure i was using it properly. She offered me lots of advice and responded to any queries I had. Take the time to read the blurb and watch their YouTube videos to learn about how their products work. The WeeFree smells lovely. But, most importantly, it works. If only anyone installing fake grass would be aware of this issue with fake grass. Amazing products, don’t hesitate to try !

In a word: ‘Meh’.In more words; I’ve tried loads of lawn cleaners but none have been that effective. WeeFree is possibly the most expensive enzymatic cleaner (5l concentrate) I’ve used so far but it was no more, or less (to be fair) effective than some of the budget ones.I have a 5x10m artificial lawn and 4 dachshunds. The grass is specifically designed for dogs with good drainage holes, substrate and is backed with a latex-free PU backing. Despite cleaning up after the dogs, regular flushing, hosing, brushing and raking, smells still build up at certain times.I followed WeeFree instructions carefully for ratio mixes and application, etc , but the de-odorizing effect was mediocre at best - and brief. It is possible that WeeFree only works on urine retaining latex backed grass, but it wasn’t very effective on a supposedly pet friendly (less absorbent / more drainage) PU backed turf. The hunt continues.I also tried it a fibrous door mat with a similar lack of effect.Sadly, the main thing that 'taking the urine' here was the price tag rather than the enzyme. It's a WeeFreeFail for me.

This was the most effective solution I found for ridding Astro turf of urine smells. It does work well and doesn’t leave behind too strong a perfume smell. However, like all treatments it needs to be done regularly, ideally every few days in warm weather.
