Exceeded my expectations. I use this upon panic, fear, anxiety, anger, or stresses. Within minutes one pill soothes me over. I think these really work
I had something traumatic happen to me and I diagnosed myself with PTSD from it. These help my mood swings and keep me somewhat level headed when I have something "trigger" my anxiety.

Insomnia
I bought this for general anxiety to avoid meds and their side effects. It did not help and it gave me insomnia. Would love a refund.

Urine or nauseous ?
I’ve only been taking these for a couple weeks now but I already see a difference in my mood and my irritability toward things. I was wonder has anyone noticed that it makes your urine like neon yellow? Or nauseous ? Yes I’m taking them with a good meal and I drink a lot of water through-out the day.

More than met my expectations. I took this 10 years ago. It was wonderful, but you have to be careful when you go off of it, just like any anti depressant... So make sure you are ordering so you won't miss any doses.
